Does this TV speaker system work with my TV?

Yes, wireless TV speakers are compatible with LG, Samsung, Sony, Vizio, Panasonic, TCL, Roku, Hisense, Sharp, Toshiba, Sanyo, and nearly all TVs on the market. Please check if your TV has a Digital Optical Audio Out, RCA, or headphone output port.

Will the TV listening device disable the TV’s built-in speakers?

This depends on your TV model. Some TVs allow both TV’s internal speakers and external speaker systems to play audio simultaneously, while others do not. If needed, please contact support for alternative solutions.

Why is there no sound when connected with an optical cable?

Because of an incompatible audio format in streaming media and your TV settings. Check your streaming media’s audio options—if surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Also, make sure your TV’s audio output is set to PCM.

Can I connect the speaker to the TV’s Bluetooth without using the charging base?

Yes, you can switch the speaker to BT mode and connect directly via Bluetooth. However, be aware doing so may cause lip-sync delays.

What if my TV only has HDMI or HDMI ARC?

If your TV only has an HDMI or HDMI ARC port, you'll need an HDMI ARC audio extractor (sold separately) to connect the speakers. Otherwise we do not recommend purchasing this product.
