What kind of garage is it suitable for?

The ceiling should be constructed of wooden beams or concrete. If wooden beams, the appropriate beam spacing is 12/16/24 inches. And the length of the axle is 71”, please make sure the beam is of sufficient length.

Is it suitable for a ceiling height exceeding 10 feet?

We sincerely recommend ceilings not exceeding 10 feet. The maximum length of the pole used for raising or lowering the deck is 4 feet, so if the ceiling is higher than 10 feet, you may need to stand on a ladder to reach the pole.

Issue: Uneven wire deck (higher on the pulley side).

If the rope passes through the axle from below, it indicates an incorrect rotation direction of the pole. Please lower the wire deck to its lowest position and Turn the winding rod anticlockwise to lift the deck.
